                        The Nine Major Problems Everyone Born of A Woman Will Face In Life,
                        And How Christians Can Overcome Them.
                                            Main Text: Matthew 4:24

Often, we get deceived when we see men and women who look like the "perfect" heroes Hollywood portrays in movies, and the "perfect" religious leaders we see on tv and in mega churches with no problems, living perfect lives in a perfect world. This deceit is further complicated by modern psychology which has perfected its own lies by making people believe that "positive thinking" and "high self esteem" are all they need to overcome any problem they have. Unfortunately, this rhetoric has led many people to their demise because we live in an imperfect world full of many things beyond human control. Master Jesus Christ reminded us of this in His warning in [John 16:33]: “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world”. In religious circles, especially in the Church, many people believe that all they have to say is “It is well”, for their problems to disappear, or that the anointing of their pastors breaks their yokes. So, this month, we are going to examine the following six major problems that plague every human, and how the real, biblical Christian who knows the Real Jesus Christ, can overcome them:

Problem #1: The yokes every human is born with, that we have no control over.
The Meriam Webster Dictionary defines a yoke as “a wooden bar or frame by which two draft animals (such as oxen) are joined at the heads or necks for working together”. What makes a yoke undesirable for animals is that the animals cannot remove it, no matter how much they try, and if the owners don’t remove the yoke, the animals will die in it or die trying to remove it. While wooden bar frames are no longer placed on humans today, we still have yokes that we will define as anything bad and destructive in our lives that we are incapable of permanently removing. The two most common yokes on humans today are:

  1. Bad genes [DNA] we inherited from our parents or grandparents.
    This is a “Yoke” beyond our control. It is embedded in our lives as long as we live, and to a high extent, determines the outcome of our lives. DNA is like a loaded gun ready to discharge its bullets at anytime. If they are bad, you will need the power and authority of Jesus Christ to
    render them dormant, and inactive. Good examples are criminality genes like the gene of murder, violence, rape, serial killing. Many people
    born with these genes will end up commiting these heinous crimes regardless of where they are born or raised, if there's no divine intervention.

  2. Bad luck we were born with.
    This is something we did not inherit from our parents or grandparents, but just natural, recurring bad luck in many things, like being at wrong places at the right time when bad things happen-Good examples are: a random killer deliberately skipping everyone else and shooting you; a natural disaster skipping every house and asset and destroying yours. Other bad luck cases include being denied opportunities available to anyone else when there is no one else available to get the opportunity. 

           The Solution for the Real, Biblical Christian is tapping into the Anointing of Jesus Christ.
           It is written:  “And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken  away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy
           neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing”- [Isaiah 10:27]. This prohecy is not talking about the anointing of the church
           pastor or deacons or elders, but the anointing of Jesus Christ Himself. This promise is also confirmed by Master Jesus Himself in 
           [Matthew 11: 28-30].: “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn of
           me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light"-          

          As you can see my friend, only Jesus Christ has the power and authority to remove these deadly yokes.

Problem #2: The consequences of our own sins and our bad decisions.

  1. Sins and the judgment of God (Curse of the Law).
    “Sin” is a willful or unwilful trespass, disobedience, rebellion, or action/inaction that violates any specific instructions given by God, and the scriptures state specifically that very human is born with the tendencies to rebel against the instructions of God: “Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me”. [Psalm 51:5].
    "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us" -  [1 John 1: 8].
    "If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us"- [1 John 1: 10].
    The Solution for the Real, Biblical Christian: 
    It is written:“Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that            hangeth on a tree: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith” [Galatians 3:13- 14].

  2. Bad decisions and their consequences
    Often termed “Silly" or "Stupid" mistakes, these are the errors in judgment we make regularly. They often carry visible scars and permanent consequences for months, years, and even lifetimes. 
    The Solution for the Real, Biblical Christian:           
    It is written: "The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way" [Psalm 25: 9]; "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God" [Romans 8:14]; [Psalm 107: 23-28]

Problem #3: Sicknesses and diseases.

  1. Sicknesses and diseases we brought upon ourselves by our own actions and inactions.
    These are the sicknesses and diseases from the consequences of our own actions. Examples include diseases from promiscuous lifestyles, vices like smoking, drinking, drug use, etc; "Fools because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities, are afflicted. Their soul abhorreth all manner of meat; and they draw near unto the gates of death" [Psalm 107: 17-18].

  2. Sicknesses and diseases we were born with and have no control over.
    These are the traits of sicknesses and diseases we inherited genetically from our parents, grandparents, etc. such as cancer, sickle cell, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Stroke, High Blood Pressure, etc, and will end up dying from these diseases, regardless of treatment.

  3. Sicknesses and diseases from plagues and pandemics.
    These cover the likes of Covid-19, Ebola, West-Nile Virus, etc.

      The Solution for the Real, Biblical Christian:     

It is written: "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with His stripes we are healed" [Isaiah 53:5]; "Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed [1st Peter 2:24];“And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee" [Exodus 15:26]; "Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saveth them out of their distresses" [Psalm 107: 19]. So, do not listen to people (including the false teachers in the Church) who tell you that divine healing no longer occurs today, because we now have hospitals, or that medical specializations have made it possible for once incurable diseases to be cured. They are lying. Look around you: Modern medicine has succeeded only in delaying the inevitable, and many diseases once thought to be erradicated are now back in full force, wreaking havoc worldwide. Also, think about this: the very reason Jesus Christ gave Himself up on the cross to be beaten to pulp is so that "with His stripes we are healed”. So, if we are not getting healed as Christians and followers of Christ, then, something is seriously wrong, and my guess is that many who claim to be Christians are not really his people in the first place but pretenders, and He doesn't know them by name.
Problem #4: Natural Disasters
  1. Natural disasters that humans and animals caused
      Good examples are humans digging up sand on the beaches that ends up causing seawaves to overflow their banks to destroy homes, or the
      beaver daming a river or lake that leads to erosion. 
  2. Natural disasters that humans have no control over
      These are tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes and tsunamies, lightnings and thunders, locust invasions.
  3. Famine and drought 
      The Solution for the Real, Biblical Christian: 
      It is written: "He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch thee. In famine he shall redeem thee from death: and in
      war from the power of the sword. Thou shalt be hid from the scourge of the tongue: neither shalt thou be afraid of destruction when it cometh"
      [Job 5: 19-21]. 
Problem #5: Accidents
  1. Accidents caused by other people 
      These are your regular day-to-day accidents other people cause that may affect you. You have no control over what people do, and actions like
      driving under the influence of alcohol, prescription or illicit drugs, deliberately or accidentally setting fire to a building, vehicle or the bush,              often result in severe injuries, and loss of life. 
  2. "Freak" accidents
       Freak accidents are uncommon accidents with dire consequencies and serious injuries that we bring upon ourselves by our own negligence,
       ignorance or carelessness. For example, you ingest a poisonous substance in the house like bleach, antifreeze, etc; miss a step while climbing a
       stairway, you put your vehicle in reverse when you were supposed to drive forward, or you are cutting something and you accidentally cut
       yourself or the thing richochetes towards you and cause a severe injury. Christians are not immune to these freak accidents.
       The Solution for the Real, Biblical Christian: 
       It is written: "There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to
      keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone" [Psalm 91:10-12], 
Problem #6: Encounters with dangerous wild and domestic animals
The Solution for the Real, Biblical Christian:      
It is written: "Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet" [Psalm 91: 13],
"And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up 
serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover." [Mark 16: 17-18];
"For thou shalt be in league with the stones of the field: and the beasts of the field shall be at peace with thee" [Job 5:23].

Problem #7: Attack from demonic spirits and satanic influences

Make no mistakes about this: demonic spirits do exist. This is confirmed in the scriptures from the following verses:
"When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick: -[Matthew 8:16]
"And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way- [Matthew 8:28-33]

"Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth. And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so. And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul know; but who are ye? And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded- [Act 19: 13-16]. 

Witchcraft, idol worship and satanic rituals add to the long list of demonic activities worldwide, especially in nations where these activities have become part of the tradition and culture. No one is born into the claws of satan, but majority of these evil spirits are assigned by satan himself the moment people pledge allegiance to him, or are initiated into cults and organizations loyal to him. In many countries worldwide, innocent children's souls are sold to satan at an early age when they are initiated into satanic rituals and cults by their idol worshipping parents, grandparents and leaders of their religious affiliations. While Hollywood has done a good job educating us about the dark powers of demonic spirits, they have done a terrible job instructing us how to overcome them. Christians like anyone else, are vulnerable to attacks from these demonic spirits as stated in [Ephesians  6:12]:
"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of ​this world, against 
spiritual wickedness in high places".     
The only guaranteed solution for the Real, Biblical Christian is the "Whole Armor of God", as it is written:
"Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand"-[Ephesians 6: 11-13]. 

Problem #8: Poverty

  1. Self-inflicted poverty
    This occurs when healthy adults refuse to work, use their natural, God-given talents, or learn employable trades or skills, and become a burden to family and on the government social benefit system. This type of poverty is becoming a norm in many religious houses today, as the "name it and claim it" messages of covetous false prophets is systematically turning healthy christian adults into "religious parasites".  

  2. Society-inflicted poverty
    This type of poverty is the end result of a sustained system of racism and discrimination by the ruling class based on caste, tribe, religion, feminism, and misogyny.

      The Solution for the Real, Biblical Christian is not to seek after "hand outs" disguised as "social benefits" in many countries today, because
      these so called benefits are temporary, and have unintended consequences of putting people in "economic" bondage. Instead, remember it is
      written:
      “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth”- [3rd John 1:2].
      “But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he              sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day”- [Deuteronomy 8:18]

Problem #9: Unexplained failure in marriages, businesses and other life endeavors

Christians are not immune to the problems and unexplained failures in life's endeavors, especially marriages and businesses. We have seen myriads of magnificently conceived and brilliantly managed businesses failing woefully without explanation, and marriages (including many between Christians and supposedly blessed by the Church or church ministers) falling apart. 

      The Solution for the Real, Biblical Christian is not seeking after man-made therapies or counselling in or outside the Church, but rather, straight
      to the unfailing promise of God. It is written:
      “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
      But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of
      water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.”- [Psalm 1: 1-3].
      But Christians must be careful here, because "Whatsoever he doeth" here, means exactly what it states: Anything you lay your hands upon-
      Good, evil, foolishness, marriages, businesses, academics, etc. So, if you lay your hands on anything outside the will of God, guess what? It will
      prosper too, but to your own hurt.

                                                                                          Conclusion

Friends, as you can see, there is full access to solutions to every problem humans encounter in life, but this access is available only to those who know the "Real" Jesus Christ, and "The Real" Jesus Christ knows them by name. In other words, "It is written" will not work for you if you don't know "The Real" Jesus Christ, God, the Son of God. Also, remember that "Faith without works is dead" [James 2: 20-26]. In other words, "It is written" will also not work for you if you are not acting out and living what is written by taking appropriate actions at appropriate times. We encourage anyone who does not know "The Real" Jesus Christ to come to Him now, because He is the only authority and ultimate game-changer with God’s vested power to remove these deadly problems, and change our lives, as it is written:

"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new"-[2nd Corinthians 5:17]

"And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them"-[Matthew 4:24]
“Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father”- [Philippians 2: 9-11].

Believers, it is your responsibility to emulate the Bereans who"were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so".
